This photo was taken at Cottesloe beach by Velma. In the email I received from Velma she points out that you can clearly see the sun is setting far from where they were standing.

Mat took this of Juantia just before she woken up. She believes the white light behind her is a spirit guide, and I feel that it is took. If you look at her hand you will also see what looks like a face (upside down).
